Her Story

Justina was raised in Southeast Idaho and has called Cache Valley home for more than a decade. The people who have worked with her describe her the same way: thoughtful, kind, generous with her time. The people who have negotiated against her add something else. She does not give ground easily, and she keeps asking for more on her client's behalf long after most agents would have settled.

She earned her B.S. in Communication Studies from Utah State University in 2019, where she worked as a research assistant and teaching assistant for several of her professors. Before real estate, she spent two years in door-to-door sales and did well at it. The habits that carried her through that work are the same ones her clients benefit from now: thorough preparation, genuine listening, and a willingness to ask for things most people find uncomfortable to ask for.

Justina is licensed in both Idaho and Utah, and around here that matters more than it sounds. Cache Valley spills across the state line into Preston and Franklin, and Bear Lake is split down the middle, with Garden City on the Utah side and Fish Haven on the Idaho side. Most agents can only show their clients half of each market. Justina serves the whole of both.

She and her family also invest in the market themselves, holding long-term and short-term rentals in the region. It's one thread of her story, not the whole of it, but it means her advice on value, rents, and returns comes from spending her own money, not just quoting comps.

Most of her career has been spent guiding buyers. That buyer's-eye view is now her sellers' advantage: she knows exactly what today's buyers respond to, and how to position a home to command it.
